This Privacy Policy explains how BabyNamely ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using BabyNamely, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• Account information (optional): If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address to create and identify your account. You can also use the App as a guest without signing in.
• Profile details you enter (optional): Information you voluntarily add, such as surname, parents' names, or zodiac details, used only to personalize name suggestions.
• Names you search and favorite: Stored so the App can show your recent searches and saved favorites.
• Device and advertising identifiers: Collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to serve and measure ads. This may include a device advertising identifier and general usage/diagnostic data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core features: name meanings, numerology, chakra analysis, and AI-powered name suggestions and personality analysis.
• To save your favorites, recent searches, and profile preferences.
• To display advertisements and manage daily usage limits.
• To respond to support requests and improve the App.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services that may process data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication.
• Sign in with Apple — optional authentication.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you can watch to earn additional analyses. Advertising partners may use device identifiers to deliver relevant ads and measure performance. On iOS, you can control ad tracking through your device settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account data only as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account), or by emailing us at the address below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Children's Privacy

BabyNamely is intended for adults (for example, expecting parents). It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
